ExploreDesign is built on the principles of trust, copyright protection, intellectual property rights and respect for design ownership. As an online design platform, designer community and design marketplace, ExploreDesign recognizes that every original design represents the creativity, expertise and effort of its creator, and designers should retain appropriate ownership of their work.

Designers who upload design projects, CAD designs, 3D models, digital design assets, architectural designs, industrial designs, product designs or other creative work remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to publish or offer such content. Uploading a design to ExploreDesign does not automatically transfer copyright ownership of the original work to the platform. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the designer or rightful owner, subject to the platform's Terms and Conditions and applicable licensing arrangements.

Where designs are made available through the ExploreDesign design marketplace, buyers receive only the rights specified by the applicable license or purchase terms. Purchasing a design, CAD file, 3D model or digital design resource does not automatically grant unrestricted copyright ownership or the right to reproduce, redistribute or resell the work unless those rights are expressly included.

ExploreDesign encourages designers to protect their design ownership, intellectual property and copyright by providing accurate descriptions and ownership information for their work. The platform also provides mechanisms for reporting suspected copyright infringement, unauthorized use or content that may violate intellectual property rights.

By promoting transparency, responsible content sharing and respect for creator rights, ExploreDesign aims to maintain a trusted online design community and design marketplace where designers, buyers and businesses can confidently showcase, discover and engage with original creative and technical work.
